Reader Space: December/January Organizing Link Party Recap!

Our previous organizing link party brought in a record breaking 365 submissions!  That number makes my heart happy dance in crazy new ways, as that number tells me that people have been having a great time organizing and sharing.  And those projects were all done during December and January, which completely blows my mind since those months can be so busy with the holidays.  So kudos to all that tackled an organizing project.  Hopefully you are still feeling the happy results today!

I know that not everyone has time to look at each of those submissions, but if you can find the time, I recommend it.  I always feel more inspired after a link party than ever before.  What I am most crazy about is that these are Real Organizing Projects Done By Real People!  I sense a new tagline emerging!  Here is a round-up of the inspiration you will find.

You know those fake drawer panels that serve very little purpose directly under your sink?  Did you know you could transform them into hidden storage?  Morgan shares how she made something from nothing in her beautiful kitchen.

I always love a clean and fresh workspace!  Some classic stripes, new art, a few coats of paint on an old desk and spray painted hardware later and Ashley has given herself an absolutely stunning place to work from!

Katie has been creating the office/craft space of her dreams, and in doing so, whipped up some incredible craft storage thanks to the help of a pantry organizer!

Who doesn't love playing the high/low game?  Have you seen those oh-so-beautiful gold leaf trays retailing for around $90!?  Amy created her own DIY version which I find to be equally as amazing, if not more so!

Command stations are where the magic happens.  Bills are organized and paid, electronics are charged and schedules are made.  I love Sue's charming version and how she made it flow with her beautiful home!

If you are a sucker for a great before and after like I am, you must check out Christine's computer armoire update.  She did such a fabulous job transforming and organizing her compact workspace!

Kids and books go together like peanut butter and jelly.  Did you know that everyday gutters make the inexpensive book storage?  Seriously, how sweet is this book nook that Megan created?  It makes me want to be a kid again!

Maybe it is just me, but I couldn't stop gazing at Christine's newly organized fridge.  Is that creepy?  But seriously, how inspiring is this?!

I am all for pre-planning and time saving tips, so Stefanie's make-ahead slow cooker process is right up my ally!  It is always great when you can keep your family eating healthy foods, even when schedules get crazy!

How do you organize those smaller cabinets in the kitchen?  Megan shares how she makes the most of the cabinets above her sink, and those Target baskets couldn't be more perfect!

I always get excited when I see storage created from unexpected objects; like this craft paint storage Priscilla DIY'd out of PVC pipe!

Tension rods will give you instant hanging file storage just about anywhere.  Pretty labels make it more fun to organize and file paperwork.   Sounds to me like Stephanie has a good thing going!

Mornings are commonly known as one of the busiest, most hectic times of the day.  I loved reading Lindze's tips for setting your mornings up for success!

Samantha is at it again, and this time she created super smart storage under her kitchen sink.  In all honesty, those DIY garbage bag holders completely blew my mind.  Pure genius!

If you have a small laundry closet to organize, MJ's recent makeover is sure to provide some space saving storage tips!

It is always exciting to see how folks make the most of small closets.  Especially closets that must function in many ways.  Lora did such a fantastic job maximizing her closet space by using shoe pockets and shelf baskets, along with simple solutions like rolling towels and stacking bins.

DIY storage anyone can do is always a huge win.  Like this sweet little holder that Erin created for sunglasses and keys!  It is an ideal way to maximize wall storage in small entry spaces!

Everything from space saving ideas to time management tips, you guys did it and shared it and now we all get to benefit from it.  So THANK YOU again to everyone who takes the time to do the projects and then share them with us blog friends.  If you have more projects and inspiration to share, you can find the current link party happening right now right here.  See you there!
